ABOUT THE CONVENER/FOUNDER
Trained as a microbiologist and Event Management Consultant, BAWO ONABANJO is the multitalented, self-motivated, passionate, remarkably productive and forward-looking founder of Winning Women and CEO of Celebration Gardens International who has dedicated her entire adulthood to serving God, supporting women to accomplish their divine purpose and creating memorable experiences that inspire fulfilment and deepens faith. Her passionate convictions that empowering a woman translates to empowering a family and wives of God’s ministers should be creatively empowered combined with her encounter with multi-gifted and potent
women whose potentials have been wasted as a result of absence of strategic empowerment is her motivation for establishing Winning Women.
BAWO ONABANJO is happily married to Dr.Stephen Olumuyiwa Onabanjo,a Medical practioner who is currently the Senior Pastor of House of Praise Christian Center and Executive Director at Genesis Specialist Hospital located at Ikeja GRA,Lagos.
BAWO ONABANJO resides in Lagos with her husband and four children.
Our events have benefitted thousands of women across Nigeria.
Winning Women’s impact goes beyond skills training. Past events, like workshops and networking sessions, have fostered a supportive community. Women (and even men!) have found mentors, secured jobs through connections, and gained the confidence to launch their own businesses. These events empower not just individuals, but families. With newfound skills and financial security, participants are better equipped to support their loved ones, creating a ripple effect that strengthens entire communities.
